We would like to thank you for your understanding and cooperation 

to ensure the safety of all our patients and staff

• We will be sanitizing all common areas and treatment rooms before and after each patient encounter
  
  
• We will be limiting the number of patients we see on an hourly/daily basis
  
  
• We will be operating on a reduced daily schedule
  
  
• Our waiting rooms will only be used for rescheduling appointments and taking payment
  
  
• We will be checking each patient's temperature before beginning the treatment
  
  
• We will check our temperatures before going into the office
  
  
• We will be wearing masks at all times when treating or interacting with patients

• We will be wearing gloves when administering treatments

What we ask our patients to do

• If you are feeling sick, please call to reschedule your appointment (we will discuss your symptoms to decide how long you should wait before rescheduling)

• We are asking that you wear a cloth face covering at all times (ideally this should be put on before entering the building)
  
  
• If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time to minimize any interaction with other patients
  
  
• We will be asking that you use hand sanitizer upon entering the office
  
  
• As our supplies are low, please bring hand sanitizer whenever possible
  
  
• We will be asking you to sign a Covid-19 related Consent to Treatment form
  ​
  
• Whenever possible, please bring a pen from home
